Liverpool’s stance on Salah’s future deserves recognition. His performances this season have been outstanding, with 38 goal contributions in 29 games across all competitions. If these figures don’t demonstrate his ability to stay at the highest level, nothing will.
However, Liverpool faces a tough challenge managing several important contract negotiations, including with captain Virgil van Dijk. Fans have understandably grown frustrated with the decision to let these contracts run into their final years.
